The Artist Unleashed!

Ever since I was old enough to hold a pencil, I got into trouble. Daydreamer, doodler, learning disability, psycopathic tendencies, etc., etc., blah, blah, blah. Little did they know it was that same little dysfunctional dreamer that was preparing to grow up into a big dysfunctional tattoo artist.

After my stint in the Army ended in 1991, I secured an apprenticeship with "Bare" out in Brockport. After about a 6 month crash course, I was grinding out tattoos in a shop we opened together called "Wild Side Art, Inc.". After it closed in 1995, I went on the road and started tattooing in and around Pennsylvania & New York. After coming back to Rochester permanently I started a short time gig with "Wildside"(not affiliated with my Wild Side). I can't friggin' get away from that name! The opportunity presented itself for me to own again, hence, Grinder Tattoo!

I love it all, but my favorites are portraits, both animal & human and black & grey pieces, especially the religious ones (being a devout, guilt ridden Catholic and all). If you got the chestnuts and an imagination, then come on in and we'll "grind" one in.
